Our goal is for you to gain leadership skills within yourself,
while creating effective changes in the future of our community.

Part 1:  Discovery
Explore Your Community 
Explore and discover Post Falls, Kootenai County and Idaho treasures.  Learn about current issues, hot topics and opportunities that affect us as citizens and business eaders.  A full day is dedicated to the topics listed below: 
·         Culture / History                                 
·         Local Government
·         Service/Non-profit
·         Economic Business Development
·         Health Care
·         Media / Public Safety
·         Manufacturing / Local Industry
·         Workforce Education
·         Water / Environment / Transportation
·         Tourism / Culture

Part 2:  Education
Customized Classroom Training
In addition to the 80 hours of community exploration, the Post Falls Chamber is proud to provide 16 hours of customized classroom training led by a personal development coach and certified facilitator. (4 evening classes) 

·         The Principles and Qualities of Genuine Leadership
·         Clarifying Performance Expectations
·         Building Team Pride and Purpose
·         Developing Team Agility (Day to Day Tools)

                       Gain Leadership skills within yourself and then lead others.

Program runs from September – June

 Class size limited to 20 people
